What is the shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee — free nationwide delivery. Whether in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or remote provinces. Direct-to-consumer pricing absorbs courier costs.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
Easy: after our team calls you to confirm the order, we ship via partner courier. When the package arrives at your door, the courier shows it to you, you hand over ₱1,990 cash, and receive the Erectil. No advance payment, no bank transfer, no GCash needed.
How long is delivery?
3-5 days in Metro Manila, 5-7 days in most provinces, 7-12 days in remote island provinces. Sometimes faster when courier slots open. The courier will call you before delivery.
Is there tracking?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with the courier tracking number (LBC, J&T Express, or NinjaVan). Track it real-time on their website or app.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Erectil ships in a plain unmarked box — no "Erectil" branding, no visible content outside. No one will know what is inside except you. Privacy is priority.
Which couriers do you use?
Three partner couriers: LBC Express (best for Metro Manila + Visayas), J&T Express (best for Mindanao + Luzon provinces), and NinjaVan (general nationwide). We pick the fastest for your location.
Can I deliver to office or other addresses?
Yes — to any address in the Philippines: home, office, condo, building lobby. When our team calls, just tell us the exact delivery address. If a security guard signs, that works too.
What if I am not home when courier arrives?
The courier will leave a note and there are 2-3 redelivery attempts typically. If consistently no one is available, the package returns to us. We will call you to reschedule. No extra fee.
Can I cancel a COD order?
Yes — you can cancel before the courier arrives, no penalty. If you accept the package and want to return it, use the 30-day money-back: email [email protected] with the order number.
Any extra fee for provinces?
